Outcome, or the value or impact the output has created, takes time. It interested me because I have, especially in the recent past, been focused on outcome. Probably the result of digital acquisition entering my arsenal. But I understand what he is saying from my own experience &#8211; specifically when I was heading Myntra&#8217;s social media.
